Spacious + well designed accommodation
The first thing to say about our student houses is that they are all extremely well-designed and proportioned. Unlike some accommodation providers, we do not cram six people into a property that's really made for three. Our houses are not converted and cramped maisonettes or flats – they are just really nice places to live and work. That means our living areas are nice and spacious and all bedrooms in all our houses are of a good size and have double beds. You will find no single beds and no box rooms in any of our properties and we promise that bedrooms are of equal size.

I would be more than happy to recommend Findspace to any student.

Feel safe + secure
All of our properties are located in the safe student neighbourhoods of Heaton, Jesmond, Shieldfield and Sandyford close to both universities. In addition all of our houses are fitted with high security locks and fire protection systems.
Well maintained + next day repairs
We maintain our houses to a very high standard. This means our tenants are always living in and enjoying our houses in their best possible condition. Looking after our properties on an ongoing basis also means we're able to keep our deposits very low. Read how here.
Needless to say, our low deposit is very popular with our tenants but don't take our word for it - have a look round and read reviews from our past students.
If you have any questions whatsoever give us a call or pop in for a chat at our offices - but do hurry. We aren't just saying this, but our student properties do get taken very quickly and we hate turning people away when we are fully let.

Reasonable prices and they are easily contactable via email, phone or text. Would recommend :)

Always check reviews before you sign a tenancy agreement!

Brilliant landlords, couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Your deposit - peace of mind
It is a legal requirement for your deposit to be protected, so as a responsible accommodation provider we use the government authorised Tenancy Deposit Scheme - you can find out more here: www.mydeposits.co.uk.

Findspace is an amazing housing company. The office has a great atmosphere with approachable, helpful staff and an excellent range of affordable student houses/flats.

Flexible ways to pay your rent
We keep your deposit for any of our student accommodation to an absolute minimum and we offer a variety of ways to pay your rent.
We can also offer bills-inclusive packages which can be tailored to your needs and could even include a cleaning.
We want to continue to be one of the very best providers of student housing in Newcastle upon Tyne. So if there's anything you need or if you have suggestions which will help improve your time with us please let us know. We take your needs and views very seriously as it helps us to help you.

We'll help you find the right house
We know that finding a house can be time consuming, tiring and a bit of a hassle. So to make things a little easier for you we run our exclusive Find A House days. It’s dead simple: just give us a ring, we'll pick you up and after telling us what you're looking for we'll show you a selection of our great student houses. And we'll even drop you home too. How easy is that?
